Fine linen is stretched over a structured armature.
Heavy-body plaster is applied in layers until the surface holds real weight.
The result is not flat. It casts shadows. It shiftswith the light. It looks different on a Tuesday morning than it does on a Saturday evening.

About the studio
The work is the identity.
Bespoke Art operates on a single principle: the art commands the room, not the artist. The focus is entirely on texture, weight, and presence - not on the personal narrative behind it.
Founded in Ottawa and rooted in the tactile, the studio produces original three-dimensional works using heavy-body plaster and acrylic on fine linen canvas. The process is slow and entirely by hand.
Work from this studio has been exhibited at the Fairmont Château Laurier, the Canadian War Museum, and Society Salon Ottawa on Sparks Street. A limited number of commissions are accepted each quarter.
The studio does not recreate sold works but can use them as inspiration. Every piece that leaves here exists exactly once.
